Ralph Lauren is an iconic staple in American fashion design and business.  From his humble beginnings selling men’s ties to launching the multibillion- dollar Ralph Lauren brand, Lauren has a treasured history worth honoring.  

Born Ralph Lifshitz on October 14, 1939, he changed his name to Lauren because of being bullied in school.

In 1967, Lauren launched the Ralph Lauren Corporation with men’s ties to start.
